Amidst gentle green hills covered with vineyards, oaks and poplars along the Bravone on Corsica's east coast, the Oltremonti estate stretches over 35 hectares between the sea and the mountains. The couple Emilie Borel-Berta and Ivo Berta are behind Domaine Oltremonti, they live together with their little daughter Thea to the rhythm of their olive trees in spring and autumn.

Their extra virgin olive oil is made from olives harvested in early autumn, which gives it finesse and fruity flavor. The oil is certified AOP Corsican Oil. Each olive tree is treated with the utmost respect, ensuring the optimal, organoleptic and nutritional quality of the oils. Won in New York at the NYIOOC World Championship of Olive Oils as Best French Olive Oil 2018. And in Athens in 2022 and Leone d'Oro 2022.
