Cretanthos

Cretanthos produces organic extra virgin olive oil from the Koroneiki olive variety, and their olive groves are located in Crete, in the area of ​​Aggeliana Mylopotamos, which has a protected geographical indication of origin of the EU. The olives are harvested when they are green and raw, and then cold pressed.

Cretanthos themselves formulate their relationship with olive oil as follows: “The olive trees provided support for our fathers and nourishment for our children. It is an honor for us to live under their shade, water them with our sweat, and serve them with devotion and awe.”

Cretanthos values ​​quality and only produces small quantities, so they would rather let their customers wait for next year's harvest if they are sold out than compromise on the high standards they place on their oils.
