Pillion

The Voliotis family has been producing their olive oil since 1969. It is now the 3rd generation at the helm, the first ones were not registered yet. The olive grove is located on the Pellion mountain and near the sea, which gives the olive oil a special aroma and taste. They use a very rare variety Peliou, named after the mountain.

Their effort to work with nature and not against it has resulted in this unique Black Rock oil with a polyphenol count of 742mg/kg.
