Andalusia – Peña Luna

Peña Luna is the 3rd generation to produce these fantastic olive oils in Andalusia.

Over the years they have existed, they have gone from grandfather's hand-picked olives, placed in a sock and pressed with his strong hands to find the right time to pick and press, to the present day introduced by his son and Marina's father, Manolo, with a mobile press that follows the crew and presses right after picking on site. The olive groves are located in Osuna, Pedrera, La Puebla and Antequera.

Manolo and Marina, father and daughter, work together to achieve the best quality possible. It is tasted in their oils.

Ancestral is a special blend that is chosen each year and where Catherine Fogel is on the panel to decide which variety and what ratio the blend should have. Winner of Platinum 2023/24 in LIOOC.
